Cho-Liang Lin

Cho-Liang Lin plays violin.

In 2023 Cho-Liang Lin stepped down as artistic director of Taipei Music Academy and Festival following accusations by two women of sexual harassment. According to Taiwan News, Lin released a statement objecting to the allegations. The festival released a statement supporting a zero-tolerance policy for sexual misconduct. Lin has appeared with multiple major orchestras across the world and recorded with many elite performing artists. He remains on the faculty of Rice University and continues to enjoy a performing and teaching career.
