Jérôme Pernoo plays cello.
In 2021 Jérôme Pernoo was suspended from Paris National Conservatory following accusations of sexual misconduct. In 2023 he was tried and sentenced for an act of sexual assault on a minor in Paris Criminal Court. He was banned from teaching minors. In the intervening two years between his initial suspension and conviction, he was reinstated and suspended several times from Paris National Conservatory before being dismissed in 2022.
